Questions people ask
How often do I need one?
Every twelve months, by law, for every gas appliance you provide. Your tenant needs a copy within 28 days of the check.
Can you deal with my tenant directly?
Yes. Give us their number and we'll find a time that works for them and send you the certificate afterwards.
I've got several properties. Can you keep track?
We keep a list of each address and its due date and get in touch a month before each one.
