New combi or system boiler, fitted in a day or two, registered and guaranteed.
Boiler repair & servicing
Fault codes, no hot water, losing pressure — and the yearly service that heads it off.
Radiators & powerflush
Cold at the bottom, banging pipes, a room that never warms up. New rads, valves and a clean system.
Landlord gas safety certificates
Your yearly CP12, booked around your tenants, with a reminder before it's due.

Water, leaks and bathrooms

Leaks & emergency plumbing
Burst pipes, leaks through the ceiling, a toilet that won't stop. Same-day when it's urgent.
