We look round with you and write down exactly what gets done, and how often.
A trial fortnight
Two weeks on the full schedule, so you can see it working before you commit to anything.
Then a monthly check-in
A ten-minute review each month. The spec changes when your office does.

Can you clean before or after our working hours?
That's most of what we do. Early mornings from 6am or evenings after 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
Do you supply toilet roll, hand soap and bin bags?
We can, at cost, and we keep an eye on stock so you never run out. Or we'll use yours.
How long is the contract?
There isn't a long one. It's a rolling monthly agreement, and either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.
