Questions people ask us
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally, yes. We can work around a few boxes, but agents check inside cupboards and under beds, so empty gets the best result.
Do you clean carpets too?
We hoover every carpet as standard. If your tenancy asks for a professional carpet clean, we arrange one with a local carpet cleaner and add it to the same price.
I'm a landlord with several properties. Can you invoice me?
Yes. Landlords and letting agents get one invoice a month, and the same team who know your properties.
