A kitchen at the first-fix stage: new plaster and sockets, ready for units.
The whole house put right, with one firm running every trade.
When a house needs a new kitchen, a rewire, fresh plaster and a bathroom, you can hire four trades and manage them yourself, or hire us. We bring our own electrician, plumber and plasterer and run them in the right order.
Or ring Tom: 07700 900412
What's in the price
- Strip-out and skip, with anything you want to keep set aside and protected
- Electrics and plumbing by our own certified trades, certificates included

- Kitchen and bathroom fitting, whether you buy the units or we supply them
Usually 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the house.
What it usually costs
From £24,000
kitchen refit with new electrics and plastering. Sample figure.
A whole house runs from about £60,000 for a three-bed terrace. Old Bath houses hide surprises behind the lath and plaster, so we hold a named contingency and show you when it's used.
How it runs
- 1
Walk the house with you
We note what stays, what goes and what you'd change if money were no object, then price the version you choose.
- 2
A room-by-room schedule
You get the order of work, so you know which rooms you lose and for how long.
- 3
One site lead, all trades
You talk to one person. They book the electrician, plumber and plasterer, not you.
- 4
Handover and guarantee
Electrical and gas certificates, a snagging walk, and the 10-year guarantee.
Questions people ask first
- Can we live in the house during the work?
- Often, room by room. A full strip-out is quicker if you can move out for a few weeks, and we'll tell you honestly which suits your job.
- Do you work on listed buildings?
- Yes. Lime plaster, sash repairs and like-for-like materials, with listed building consent in place before we touch anything.
- Can I buy my own kitchen?
- Of course. We fit kitchens from any supplier, and we'll check the order against the room before it's delivered.

Photos of the space and any drawings you have tell us more than a twenty-minute phone call. Send them here and we'll ring you back with questions that make sense, or a rough figure if the job is simple enough to price from pictures.
