Websites for builders — done for you, from £40 a month.

Twenty years on word of mouth — and the extension they're pricing up now starts with a Google search of your name.

If nothing comes up but a phone number, some of them ring the firm with the photos. Your own site shows the jobs you've done, the bodies you belong to, and takes the quote with pictures while you're on the scaffold.

What your customers
type into Google

  • “builders near me”
  • “house extension cost”
  • “loft conversion”
  • “FMB builder”

Four of the things people near you type when they're pricing up a job. If your name brings up nothing but a phone number, some of them ring the firm with the photos. Your own site is the photos.

Which is you?

Where does most of your work come from today?

One tap. The page lines up what matters for you.

Three ways a builder loses a job before it's started.

And what your own site does about each one. Nothing here is a promise we can't keep — it's what's on the plan card.

1

"I've never needed one in twenty years"

True, and the work still came. But the people recommending you are now sending a link, and the person on the other end Googles you before they ring. A site is where that referral lands.

A proper site with your finished projects, your trade memberships and your reviews — so the referral sees what you've built and rings you, not the next name.

2

Quotes that start with a twenty-minute phone call

"How much for an extension?" — and you can't say until you've seen it. Bigger jobs need photos, rough sizes, and what they've got in mind, and the phone is the worst way to collect any of that.

A quote form with photos on your site: they describe the job, add pictures of the space and a rough size, and it's in your email before you've rung them back. You turn up to the first visit already knowing what it is.

3

The site your nephew did in 2017

It doesn't fit a phone screen, the photos are from three vans ago, and nobody's touched it in years. It's costing you more than having nothing.

We start from what you've got so nothing's lost, rebuild it for the phone in their hand, and change anything you ask within 3 working days — for as long as you're with us.

See one, not a description

This is what a builder's site looks like when we build it.

Ashworth Build, one builder on all three plans. £40 is one page: the extension, the kinds of job, the area. £80 adds a page for each kind of job, finished projects in photos, your reviews on the site, and a quote form that takes photos and plans. £150 adds booking for the appointment that starts the job: a free site visit, picked and confirmed online.

What goes on a builder's site

Built from your trade, not dropped into a template.

  1. 1

    Your projects, in photos

The extension you finished last month does more selling than any paragraph. Before-and-after sets, a line on each, and we add new ones whenever you send a photo from the van.

  2. 2

    FMB, TrustMark, insured

Your trade memberships and public liability where people look for them — the things that separate you from the man with a van on the same search.

  3. 3

    The work you actually do

Extensions, loft conversions, renovations, roofing, driveways, groundworks — in your words. On Get Leads, a page for each, which is what people actually search for.

  4. 4

A quote form built for bigger jobs

On Get Leads: description, photos, rough size, when they'd like it done — all in your email the moment they press send.

  5. 5

Your reviews, on your own site

Your Google reviews shown on the site on Get Leads, and your Google profile set up with you on every plan so you show up on Maps.

  6. 6

    Your number and your areas

Tap-to-call on every screen, the towns you work in, and a line on how far you'll travel for the right job.

Which plan for a builder?

The plan that fits you — and the other two, plainly.

Most builders pick Get Leads at £80: the quote form with photos saves a site visit per enquiry, and a page for each kind of job (extensions, lofts, roofing) is what people search for. If you're booked a year ahead from word of mouth and just want somewhere a referral can land, Get Online at £40 does that.

For a builder — word of mouth

or £800/yr — pay for 10 months, get 12

The people recommending you now send a link, and the person on the other end Googles you before they ring. Get Leads gives that referral your finished projects, your FMB or TrustMark badge, and a quote form that collects photos and rough sizes before the first visit.

Everything in Get Online, plus…
  • A page for each of your services
  • A quote form with photos that emails you the moment someone asks
  • Your Google reviews on the site
  • Your Google profile's hours, photos and links kept in step with your site

The other two

  • Get Online · £40/mo

One proper page: your finished projects in photos, your FMB or TrustMark badge and insurance, the towns you work in, and your number a thumb away. Somewhere a referral can land.

  • Get Booked · £150/mo

Everything in Get Leads, plus online booking in a diary of your own. It's for businesses that take appointments, so it's not the one for a builder.

Every plan is designed from your own business. Compare all three

Questions builders ask us

Straight answers, no small print.

Can people send me photos and sizes with their enquiry?

On Get Leads, yes. The quote form takes a description, photos and a rough size, and emails you the lot the moment they press send. You turn up to the first visit knowing what it is, or price the small ones without a visit at all.

I get most of my work from MyBuilder. Do I still need my own site?

Keep it while it earns — we'd never tell you to drop something that's working. Your own site sits next to it, for the people who see you there and then Google your name. They land on something that's yours, and the quote goes to you alone, not to five builders at once.

Can I show before-and-after photos of my jobs?

Yes — that's the heart of a builder's site. Send photos from your phone, tell us which job they are, and we lay them out as before-and-after sets with a line on each. New ones go up within 3 working days of you sending them.

I'm a member of the FMB. Will that be on the site?

Yes, with the badge and a link to your entry, same for TrustMark, Gas Safe if you've a heating engineer, and your public liability insurance. The things that make a homeowner pick you over the cheaper quote.

Which plan should a builder pick?

Most pick Get Leads at £80 — the quote form with photos and a page for each kind of job (extensions, loft conversions, roofing) are what turn a visit into an enquiry worth visiting. If you're booked out from word of mouth and just want somewhere a referral can land, Get Online at £40 does exactly that. Get Booked at £150 is for businesses that take appointments, so it's not the one for a builder.

Will it get me to the top of Google?

We can't promise you a spot, and nobody honest can. What we do: set your Google profile up with you on every plan so you show on Maps, keep its hours, photos and links in step with your site on Get Leads, and make sure that when people do find you there's something good to tap. That's the real work, and we tell you plainly how it's going in your dashboard.

What do you need from me?

Almost nothing. Fill in one short form, and we build the preview from what's already online — your Google listing, your MyBuilder page, your Facebook. Photos of your jobs on your phone are the one thing worth sending. Then you look at your finished site on a private link and tell us to make it live.

See your builder's site before you pay a penny.
